No carbs before noon.

I tested out eating fruit for breakfast again. I guess that's a no then....back to eggs and cheese!


  1. It appears to plateau at the end but you still see two up-arrows. My Medtronic does that too... can't seem to figure it out.

    I generally avoid fruit at breakfast, but if I do have it, it's almost always a cause for a superbolus.

  2. I also don't eat carbs before lunch. Over the weekend I had a packet of instant oatmeal (32g) and hit 288 before coming down and then going low. This morning it was back to some turkey sausage and no peaks or valleys!
